Amazing KStew Fan Encounter on the set of 'Welcome To The Rileys'

I've met her and got to talk to her for a bit. She was really nice. This is my story. It's really long...I've had to type it so many times I finally just saved it on a Word Document....here ya go if you're interested in reading it:

I live in New Orleans (GO SAINTS! WHO DAT!), have lived here my whole life (except for those few months after Katrina evacuation which I generally like to pretend never happened). I am fiercely loyal to New Orleans, and I have to say that it is the most amazing, culturally unique, warm, and welcoming city in the world. That information is actually very relevant to the story of when I met Kristen Stewart....twice! Around 2004 a lot of film studios started shooting their movies in New Orleans, and since then, more and more movies have been filmed here (Curious Case of Benjamin Button, All the King's Men, Glory Road, Just My Luck, The Final Destination, The Skeleton Key, etc). I believe some new local legislation about tax breaks for movie shoots had something to do with it, and in 2006 after Katrina, the whole city really started to throw all support behind these film shoots because they work wonders as far as drawing attention to the city, benefiting the local economy, etc. Anyway, New Orleans has been christened "Hollywood South."

So, I was very excited when I learned that Kristen's new indie movie Welcome to the Rileys would be shot in New Orleans. Initially, it was supposed to shoot in April 2008, but then they pushing it back until finally, it was set for October/November, just before the release of Twilight, before all of the madness. I kept my eyes peeled for news of the movie, and in mid-October, I read in the paper that it was going to be shooting in the Marigny, a really interesting historical neighborhood right next to the French Quarter, where a lot of artists and musicians live. It has lots of really cool shotgun houses. One afternoon when I was in that general area, I drove by the Marigny, and saw that a movie was indeed being shot there, right next to NOCCA (New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts, an arts high school where I lot of my friends took classes). I knew it had to be WTTR!

One evening, I believe it was October 14th or 15th, I had this weird gut feeling that if I drove back to the WTTR set, I would get to meet Kristen. It's kind of hard to explain, I just felt inclined to try my luck, figured it wouldn't hurt to see if I might be able to at least SEE Kristen in person. As I said before, this was before Twilight came out, so not very many people knew who she was. I drove back to the set and parked, and then I decided to just sort of play dumb. I approached a security guard and asked him "What's going on here? Are they shooting a music video or something?" So then he said "No, they're shooting a movie called Welcome to the Rileys." Then I said "OH is that the movie with KRISTEN STEWART?!" The security guard was a really nice guy, and he saw that I got really excited and said "Yes it is. She's actually in her trailer just over there if you want to meet her." Trust me, nobody could be more surprised than I was that he was so cool about it, but like I said, he was just a really nice guy, not a very formidable security guard, and he seemed just generally excited to be on a movie set. Plus, you have to understand that a) It's New Orleans, we're just an incredibly laid back city and b) it was a pretty open, little indie movie type set, and trust me, I know the difference between movie sets based on the kind of movie. Part of Benjamin Button was filmed right in front of my school, and it was incredibly blocked off, impossible to get anywhere near the action. Brad Pitt was on set after all. Anyway, after the security guard told me that Kristen was right there, I absolutely freaked out and walked right over to where the trailers were at base camp, had no idea what I was going to do, but I figured I could just walk through base camp and see what would happen. Well, one of the trailers had its door open, and as I walked by, I looked in and saw Kristen JUST SITTING RIGHT THERE! So I kind of peeked my head in and knocked, and said "Hey, I'm really sorry to bother you, but I'm a huge fan of yours..." And then Kristen said "Oh hey, you can come in." She was sitting there with two men, I think one was her manager or someone like that or crew members or something, they were really nice too. I kept apologizing profusely for like completely invading her trailer, and she was extremely gracious and said it was no big deal. I asked if I could get her autograph, and she said "Of course". I got out my Teen Vogue with her on the cover that I'd brought with me and then I realized that I forgot a pen. So I asked if they had one, but they didn't. Kristen was like "Oh, I could go and get one for you" but I didn't want to bother her anymore, so I just said "Oh no that's ok" and I asked if I could get a picture with her and she said "sure, but I look like a total crackhead right now, but if you don't mind then sure." And I said of course I didn't mind, I looked pretty gross myself.(Pictures Here I cut myself out because it's just not a very cute picture of me)

Kristen was wearing really baggy jeans and a big dark bluish t-shirt. And, I know everyone says this and it's so obvious if you've seen pictures of her or her movies but she is tiny! Not only really skinny, but she also seemed pretty short too. I don't know if it was her posture or something but she was definitely not 5'7. I would think around 5'4 or maybe 5'5.

So after we took the picture she asked me if I went to NOCCA and how old I was a stuff. I said how I was so excited to meet her I was shaking and how talented I thought she was, and she was super nice, just like "oh thank you so much." And then one of the two guys in the trailer said "Your friends are never going to believe this!" And I said "I KNOW! They're going to be SO MAD!" They all thought that was hilarious and laughed. Then she got called to go back to set, so I turned to leave, and said thanks. As I was walking out, one of the guys said "Go see TWILIGHT!" and then I thought that was so funny and turned back and was like "Who isn't?" And they all laughed. Then, as I was turning the corner to go back to my car, I heard someone yell "Hey!" and I looked back and saw her jogging over toward me. She had my Teen Vogue, which I'd forgotten in her trailer. She was gave it back to me and said "Here, you forgot this, I thought you might want it back." And I said "oh thank you so much" and then we said "Bye" and I went back to my car. At that point, I pretty much started hyperventilating I was so excited!

At this point, Kristen hadn't really done any interviews about Twilight or anything, so a lot of Twilight fans spread rumors that she was really bitchy and arrogant. After meeting her, I was really happy to be able to dispel those rumors with my story. She was SO INCREDIBLY NICE!!! If she had been really rude or obnoxious or something, I would've been completely honest and said so, no matter how big of a fan I am. But, she was so sweet! She was even considerate enough to chase after me and give me back my magazine, or to go find a pen, so that she could sign it. I don't think many other people would've been that nice. And she was so sweet the whole time I was talking to her. I never felt like she was talking down to me or being stuck-up or anything. She was really genuinely nice, and very cool. So, although I never thought this could be possible, I became an even bigger Kristen Stewart fan after meeting her!

But the story doesn't end there.....
