New Eclipse Stills Showcase The Love Triangle & The Cullens!
While we had complained that the trailer didn't focus enough on the cool action-oriented scenes in "Eclipse," the first still kind of makes up for it (kind of). Bella and Jacob are seen hanging out in the woods in front of some interesting lighting. We're placing our bets that this is the campfire scene where the Quileute werewolf pack shares with Bella the stories of how werewolves were created, and why they hate vampires so much.
And now we're back to the love triangle portion of "Eclipse." As usual, Edward and Jacob look antagonistic while Bella stands angsty in the background. Is Jacob even… cracking his knuckles? But it's nice to see all three of them in one shot together after Edward was so absent in "New Moon," though we really are having a tough time growing accustomed to Kristen Stewart's wig.
The Cullens are back! After the heavy promotion for "New Moon" on introducing the wolf pack, we began to really miss the Cullen brood. But here they are (minus Emmett), back in action, in what looks to be a fighting pose (though not as imposing as the famed baseball scene). Dare we say we are lucky enough to get our first look at the big fight scenes in "Eclipse"? It sure looks like it to us…
What do you think of these new "Eclipse" stills? Are you as off put by Jackson Rathbone's coif as we were? What scenes would you like to see most?

Kristen Stewart & cast needs your vote for MTV Movie Awards, potential nominations revealed
For starters, the Twilight Saga has certainly made a stay on the potential "Best Kiss" nominations list, with four Saga-related kisses in the mix. Potential nominees for the category are as follows:
- Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson in The Twilight Saga: New Moon
- Robert Pattinson and Emilie de Ravin in Remember Me
- Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning in The Runaways
- Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift in Valentine's Day
The Twilight saga did not get a nod for "Best Fight" or "Best Villain" despite the wonderful Volturi cast and scenes. Although, fans who believe this is an error are free to suggest a cast member (cough Michael Sheen cough) or fight scene for those spots.
Anna Kendrick was nominated for "Best Female Breakout Star" for her work in Up In The Air. This'd be about the dozenth nomination Kendrick has received for that movie. Surprisingly enough, though, this time she's pitted against Emilie de Ravin for her work in Remember Me. Remember Me wasn't de Ravin's first film, nor was it the first project she's worked on that gained her some notoriety (Lost, anyone?), but it's certainly been one of the . . . yes, to cheese it up . . . more memorable roles thus far.
The "Best Female Performance" category is stacked with Twilight stars, too. It even leaves Kristen Stewart in competition with, well, herself for the nomination.
- Kristen Stewart in The Twilight Saga: New Moon
- Kristen Stewart in The Runaways
- Dakota Fanning in The Runaways
Same goes for "Best Male Performance" with Robert Pattinson versus Robert Pattinson in at least one instance . . . and against his on-screen nemesis (sort of) in another.
- Robert Pattinson in The Twilight Saga: New Moon
- Taylor Lautner in The Twilight Saga: New Moon
- Robert Pattinson in Remember Me
One of the newer categories for this year's Movie Awards is "Global Superstar," and you'd probably not be surprised to find out that Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner are among those nominated for that . . . er . . . nomination.
Finally, the "Best Movie" category also pertains to Twilight fans.
- The Twilight Saga: New Moon
- The Runaways
As a refresher, at last year's MTV Movie Awards, the first trailer for New Moon was shown, and the Twilight series won in the following categories: "Best Movie" (Twilight), Kristen Stewart for "Best Female Performance" Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart for "Best Kiss" (in Twilight), Robert Pattinson for "Breakthrough Performance Male" and "Best Fight".
The MTV Movie Awards will take place on June 6th, and more about how the voting for nominations system works can be found HERE or you can go straight to voting for these nomination selections HERE.

Kristen Stewart's Monique Lhuillier Oscar Gown is a 2010 Prom Inspiration
Want to go to the prom in Twilight style? Here is your chance!
Kristen Stewart’s 2010 Oscar gown is clearly the inspiration behind this $258 prom gown on sale at PromGirl. Robert Pattinson suit, not included.
Twilight star Kristen Stewart often looks uncomfortable in ultra-glamorous gowns, but she surprised everyone and made a lovely showing in Monique Lhuillier at the 2010Academy Awards.
The gown’s sweetheart neckline was more than flattering on the young actress, and the navy blue looked gorgeous against her fair skin. She paired it with a sleek bun, slightly shimmery blue eye makeup, and a sparkling cuff (it doesn’t appear that Stewart has had her ears pierced).
If you absolutely adore Kristen’s red carpet look, then you’re in luck! A gown inspired by Kristen’s Monique Lhuillier gown is available at PromGirl for $258.
It looks almost exactly like Kristen’s, although you should be aware that it won’t ship until April 15th. Pair it with metallic strappy sandals and a vintage rhinestone bracelet, and you’ve got everything you need for your celebrity-inspired prom night!

Kristen Stewart's mini mix-up...Admit it--you've done it too!
It’s one of those embarrassing little moments that make you want to runaway, even if you’re the star of The Runaways -- and RadarOnline.com has the pics of Kristen Stewart’s Mini-Cooper mix-up.
PHOTOS: Kristen Stewart’s “Mini” Mix-Up
The Twilight beauty was house hunting in Beverly Hills on Tuesday when she walked up to a car with keys in hand, got inside, before suddenly realizing -- it wasn’t her car! Hey, it could happen to anyone! After all, the Mini Cooper was the exact same make and color as hers.
But our favorite part of the story is that the Mini Cooper actually belonged to a paparazzi who was following her! Kristen Stewart had a quick laugh at her own gaffe and found her actual vehicle -- call it the Bella-mobile.

The Official Eclipse Poster Revealed-- Bella Stands Front & Center!
The Twilight Tracker iPhone App was probably feeling lots of love at noon EST today as the official application of the movie franchise debuted the "Eclipse" Theatrical One-Sheet poster!
If you do have an iPhone or an iPod Touch, head over the the iTunes app store now to download "Twilight Tracker" (it only costs 99 cents!) and see the image for yourself! And if you don't, that's where we come in. After the jump, a description so you can imagine it in all its glory for yourself!
Much like the "New Moon" one sheet this one stars the big three — Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. Instead of being in almost a staggered line (where Bella is being protected by Jacob whose back is to Edward), this time Bella, whose hair is pretty tame, is front and center (wearing jeans and zip up hoodie), while standing equidistant behind her are her boys (to her left Jacob in a t-shirt; to her right Edward in a jacket and v-neck). The tone, of course, is dark, gray and moody. Printed underneath the "Eclipse" logo are the words "IT ALL BEGINS ... WITH A CHOICE." Dun Dun Dun!
Have you downloaded the Eclipse poster yet? If yes, what did you think of it? And what hidden message did you think it was sending out?
Kristen Stewart Pick Favorite SXSW Artists
“[Dakota Fanning] and I went to go see Band of Horses and Broken Social Scene. She left right before Broken Social Scene played, and they brought out the chick from Metric and oh my God — it felt very South By Southwest-y. It’s really crazy driving around here. The streets are loaded with really cool-looking people — and really loaded people, too! It was weird that they happened to be playing that night, because it was the first night we were here. And everyone was like ‘Oh, you need to go see a show,’ and Band of Horses happen to my favorite band right now … I was very excited. I’m planning on seeing Johnny Flynn too, because he is a mutual friend. South by Southwest is so cool, because it’s actually so chill and not intimidating. Usually, music festivals aren’t this way. As you’re approaching the city, you can hear the music. And from my hotel room, you can hear music, and it hasn’t stopped.”

Interview: Kristen Stewart & Dakota Fanning on The Runaways with Seattle Pi
Teen actors Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart first got to know each other on the set of The Twilight Saga: New Moon, the second film in the uber-popular vampire franchise that’s made both of them famous among the Hot Topic set. But in this week’s The Runaways, these Twilight alums reunite and throw caution to the wind as female rock icons Cherie Currie and Joan Jett, who met in 1970s Los Angeles and went on to form one of the most influential — though notoriously short-lived — female outfits in rock history.
We spoke with Stewart and Fanning in Los Angeles, where the two close co-stars shared a couch and plenty of laughs as they reflected back on their careers, their favorite Runaways songs, and their Twilight bond.
Jen Yamato: Both of you were new to the Runaways’ music before you became involved in the film. What were your first reactions to their music and how much did it encourage you to sign on to the project?
Kristen Stewart: You read a script that seems all about the music and … the end is sort of bittersweet, but it’s definitely something to celebrate. It’s a happy ending. If you listened to the music and it fell short, it would be like, why are we telling this story? The movie really is about the music.
Dakota Fanning: I loved the music, I really did. I didn’t know it, but then I read the script and I watched all the Live in Japan videos right afterward. Just seeing “Cherry Bomb” and seeing Cherie perform it, I realized I wanted to do it. Now I’ve completely fallen in love with the music and it reminds me of such a great time in my life. I just pretend that I’m still making the movie when I listen to the music!
KS: The weird thing is that it sounds so much like a lot of other songs and bands, but you can hear that it’s original. It just seems fresh, it seems new, it seems like it was their idea. And it’s so young, when you listen to it, it’s so obvious that 15-year-olds wrote this music.

First full-length college course on Twilight approved & other fans will be able to participate
Now, the first full-length college course on the Twilight series has been approved, according to Dr. Natalie Wilson, the Cal State San Marcos Women's Studies professor who'll be teaching it.
Wilson, who is currently penning an analysis of the Saga's impact on popular culture, revealed that the course will be entitled "Twilight: The Texts and the Fandom" and that fans outside of the classroom will be able to participate in the course in a lot of ways as well. Actual students will be granted general credit for taking this class.
Wilson plans to devise the course materials as a mixture of the books, derivative theory-based works, the films, parodies, and the social and fan internet community. Students of the class will be asked to develop reactions and critiques to these materials in one of several ways (including through parodies, skits, blogs, or texts).
The course will also be unique in that it will involve the internet fan community in two ways. First, fans who are not a member of the Twilight class will be able to follow along and participate through Dr. Natalie Wilson's blog. Second, members of the classroom will be encouraged to reach out into the Twilight fan community and learn more about the blogs and news sources that are out there.
You can see Wilson's blog (the location of said updates) HERE
In her blog, she posted about the curriculum approval, saying the following:
I can hear all those naysayers that claim Twilight has nothing to teach us shrieking in dismay “Oh, it’s the end of the academy!” Well, the same arguments were made when Harry Potter, Buffy, and Star Trek courses made it onto the curriculum. As such courses have proven, examining popular texts and popular culture has much to tell us about our historical epoch, about race, class, gender, sexuality, philosophy, literature, etc.
Wilson considers herself a critical fan, in that she may point out the controversy in some aspects and messages of the Saga, but she states that she is a fan and finds the series to have more positive messages than culturally subsversive ones.

Kristen Stewart at the New York Premiere of The Runaways
For all of you who've bashed us for blabbing on and on about how much we totally heart Kristen Stewart, listen up: We're sure you've heard the saying, "a picture is worth a thousand words," right?
Well, evidence sure does exist that K.Stew's hit her red-carpet stride, for sure!
She strutted her stuff in Pucci and looked damn near flawless at tonight's The Runaways premiere in New York. At the Sunshine Theater, Stewart couldn't have been any more of a ray of young fashion light, sorry for the dorky analogy. But she was just that brilliant.
Hair up, dress short 'n' sexy, legs to live for, babe's got it all. No wonder Rob's so into her. So are we!

Kristen Confirms Big-Name Directors Approached For Breaking Dawn
"Twilight" stars Robert Pattinson and Peter Facinelli have told MTV News that their ideal director for "Breaking Dawn," the still-announced adaptation of the final volume in the vampire series, would be two-time Oscar-nominated director Gus Van Sant. An Entertainment Weekly report on Tuesday suggested that Van Sant ("Milk") is in fact one of three high-profile directors who have been approached to helm the film, along with Sofia Coppola ("Lost in Translation") and Bill Condon ("Dreamgirls").
Now MTV News has received exclusive confirmation about the development from Kristen Stewart herself. "I'm glad that's out and about," she said about the outreach to the directors. "I didn't know that was something that people knew."
EW had previously confirmed the anonymous report with Van Sant's rep but hadn't yet received word from Coppola's or Condon's spokespeople. Summit Entertainment declined to comment on the report.
While any directorial decision will reportedly have to wait until Melissa Rosenberg hands in a detailed draft for the script — and there is still no word about if "Breaking Dawn" will be split into two separate films — Stewart professed her excitement about any of the three directors helming the movie.
"I think it's awesome," she said. "I think it's so cool that they're reaching. I think any one of those people would be great."
Previously, Pattinson told us that Van Sant would be the perfect pick because of the setting and the content of many of his previous films — which include "Good Will Hunting," "My Own Private Idaho" and "Elephant."
"He shoots everything in Portland. He's good at making it look beautiful," Pattinson said, adding of "Breaking Dawn," "It's all about teenage love and obsessions. I think Gus Van Sant would be great."

Kristen Stewart on Regis & Kelly
This morning, Kristen Stewart made her way to Live With Regis and Kelly to promote her film, The Runaways.
First thing, the three discussed her involvement with this year's Oscar awards show. "It was great," she said. "It felt a little funny because typically you've either had a movie there or you know, so I felt like a little kid in front of all these . . ."
When asked whether she was at all starstruck by the experience, she said "I met Kate Winslet . . . it was sort of like how I would be with someone who was like 'oh my gosh' because she was like 'Oh, hi.'"
She also talked about how she prepared herself for this year's BAFTAs (where she took home the "Orange Rising Star Award").
Finally, Kristen Stewart talked about her performance as Joan Jett in The Runaways. "She is on fire, literally, like she stares the audience down, and I've really never seen anything like it," she explained of Joan Jett. "If I had that drive . . . It would never be fun to be a rock star because I'm not one but to have that, to be that type of person . . ."

Kristen Stewart's Welcome to the Rileys picked up by The Runaways distributor Apparition
After the successful premiere of their film The Runaways yesterday, distribution company Apparition must have no doubt of the star power that is Kristen Stewart.
Deadline Hollywood announced today that Welcome To The Rileys has been officially picked up by Apparition for distribution.
"Apparition is eyeing a fall distribution slot," they report.
As you well know, Kristen Stewart's fans were adamant about getting Rileys a deal, and things got a little hectic from the distributor's end.
Rileys debuted at this year's Sundance Film Festival right alongside The Runaways, but Apparition had picked up distribution rights for Runaways long before Sundance.
Right now, Welcome To The Rileys' official Twitter page is campaigning to get 20,000 followers in return for a special "tweet" from Kristen Stewart herself.
"I'm with Kristen. She is going to be tweeting a special message tomorrow! She wants as many followers as possible. . . She wants us to get 20,000 followers!"

Kristen Stewart Reacts to the Eclipse Trailer
Earlier today, Cinematical sat down with Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning to talk about their new movie The Runaways, in which the actresses play Cherie Currie and Joan Jett, two of the founding members of the eponymous all-girl rock band. (Look for a full-length, exclusive interview with the duo in the weeks to come.) Following our discussion of the ins and outs of playing real-life rock stars, talk turned to the new 90-second trailer for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, which debuted online this morning.
When I asked if either of them got to see the trailer, Stewart and Fanning turned to one another for reactions. "Did you watch it?" Stewart asked Fanning.
"No, I didn't," Fanning replied. "I watched it," Stewart said with enthusiasm. When I prodded her for specific feelings, she said, "Well, it's really fast, isn't it? It's sort of like a couple of pictures strung together. But it looks good – it looks good! I think Taylor [Lautner] looks really great. Like, he looks very strong and I love his voice in it," she said. "He's good in it."
What did you think of the trailer? Let us know with your comments below!

Kristen Stewart The Runaways Premiere Red Carpet Interview
Tonight, Kristen Stewart walked the Los Angeles red carpet for her film The Runaways alongside the likes of Joan Jett, Dakota Fanning, and Taylor Lautner (more on that here), and she was quite pretty in her pink dress.
Thanks to Coolspotters and Kristen Stewart Fashion, the dress has been identified as a part of the Doo.Ri Spring/Summer 2010 Collection, and her shoes were, of course, Jimmy Choos.
Tonight's ensemble adds weight to the statement that Kristen Stewart can really work it when she's glammed up (though jeans and sweats are also her friend).

Kristen Stewart On Kissing Dakota Fanning: ‘I Wasn’t Allowed To Grope Her!’
LOS ANGELES, Calif. –
Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning share a smooch in their new rock ‘n’ roll movie, “The Runaways,” but Kristen said one thing got in the way – the law.
“She was 15, and I wasn’t allowed to grope her,” Kristen, 19, told Access Hollywood on Wednesday at the press junket for her new rocker film. “I’m actually not kidding, there are major restrictions that I don’t remember [from] when I was younger.
“I don’t want to give anything way. It’s a really passionate, hardcore scene,” she continued. “No, it’s just a kiss. It’s not really a big deal.”
“It’s just something that happened in their lives,” Dakota told Access of the kissing scene. “In the script, it’s not like a big build up or something that they talk about afterwards.”
The two play teenage members of ‘70s all-girl rock act The Runaways, starring as the iconic Joan Jett (Kristen) and Cherie Currie (Dakota).
“It looks great in the movie, but we are not close to the musicians that they are,” Kristen said.
But the two loved looking like rock stars – and plan to share their outfits with the women who inspired the film.
“I loved the outfits, I kept most all of them,” Dakota said. “Cherie gave her corsets away and we had them remade for the movie, [so] I’m going to give her one and I think that will be really cool.”
“I gave Joan a leather jacket,” Kristen said. “I wrote all over the back of it.”

Interview: Kristen Stewart & Dakota Fanning Are Runaways
The Runaways sees actresses Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning take on the roles of Joan Jett and Cherie Currie for the music-fueled, coming-of-age story of the groundbreaking, all-girl 1970’s rock band.
The drama tells the story of two teenage Valley girls who become the heart and soul of the seminal all-girl band whose success impacted rock music history and paved the way for future generations of girl musicians. Instrumental to the young actresses’ ability to portray these women authentically was the fact that both Jett and Currie were on set and available to talk to.
At the film’s press day, co-stars Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning, who also appear in the TwilightSaga films together, talked about tackling these roles, their own experiences with stardom and fans, and how much they loved their wardrobe.
Q: What was it like for you guys to get into playing Joan Jett and Cherie Currie? Kristen, you and Joan seem to have a similar energy, but Dakota, you seem so different from Cherie Currie. How was it to portray these women?
Dakota: I think it’s a huge departure from other roles that I’ve played, and me, in real life. It’s obviously very different from things that I’ve done before, and it will be different for people to see, but I like that. I like surprising people with different things that I can do. That’s what I love to do. And, I hope to do more roles like this, in the future.
Kristen: Me and Joan really do understand each other, and that’s a rare thing. Connection is not something that’s common, or easy to describe. But, I really actually think that we both have a lot of idiosyncracies and ticks that are really different. I don’t have her little things that she does. And, I also think that, especially based on when I did this movie and how much time I had to think about doing the movie before I went to go make it, I’ve done a lot of press within that time and I was sort of wearing her. People projected that onto me, a little bit. I really do feel like it was an easy thing to step into, and it wasn’t a huge departure, but I do feel a little bit like I was just in that head space and projected that a little bit.
Q: What was your working relationship with Joan and Cherie like?
Kristen: For me, I’m so thankful to both of them. We’re just lucky that this movie happens to involve them. You can make movies about public figures, but the fact that Joan wanted to be a producer and wanted to be on set every day and was so open about a time that was so important to her, it definitely says something about the people that they hired to play the parts. She easily could have just said, “Get someone else. I can’t tell this girl what I need to tell her.”
There were things that we needed to know that aren’t necessarily in the movie. Not details, but just personal reflections, like the way they feel about things. So, it was nice having them there. Also, it helped with the details ‘cause we can’t know how everything really happened and it would be really awful to try to make it up and fill in the blanks, when it can just be real. It was cool to be able to make it real.

First The Twilight Saga: Eclipse teaser revealed
In the clip, two moments of the film are shown. The first is an exchange between "Bella" (Kristen Stewart) and "Edward" (Robert Pattinson).
"I know the consequences of the decision you're making," he says to her.
The second is one involving "Jacob" (Taylor Lautner).
"I'm going to fight for you . . . 'til your heart stops beating," he says.
The first exchange could be either a portion of the proposal sequence or of a conversation about Bella's decision to transform into a vampire, while the second is almost certainly a portion of the conversation that Bella and Jacob have about him protecting her despite his disagreement with her wishes.

Kristen Stewart & Anna Kendrick Make MTVs Best Dressed List For the Oscars!
MTV’s Hollywood Crush has put together their list of fashion hits and misses from the 82nd Annual Academy Awards. Both Eclipse co-stars Anna Kendrick and Kristen Stewart were hits -
We weren’t as surprised by our love for Anna Kendrick’s romantic Elie Saab gown though. Anna has always been one of our red carpet favorites and the Oscars were no different. We loved the color of the dress, the draping, slit and of course makeup.
Anna’s “New Moon” co-star Kristen Stewart also wore a dark color, midnight blue, and while we haven’t always loved Kristen’s style, we couldn’t stop gushing over her fabulous Oscars look. The black strapless Monique Lhuillier dress looked great on Kristen and we thought the decision to go with a classic up-do was totally on point. Our one gripe? We would have loved to see more bling. But we won’t hold that against her, especially since she did such a good job of holding her posture for the pictures!
In regards to Kristen’s bling. Her ears are not pierced. Unless she wanted to wear clip ons, earrings were out of the question! She did have a very dainty bracelet on. I think the lack of jewelry kept Kristen true to who she is. Her look, in my opinion, was flawless.
Anna always looks smashing. She truly owns any red carpet she is on! Another flawless look.

Kristen Stewart & Taylor Lautner arrive at the Oscars
Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner (co-stars in The Twilight Saga: New Moon and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse) followed their Twilight series co-star (and Oscar nominee) Anna Kendrick down the red carpet for the 82nd Annual Academy Awards celebration.
Tonight, three Twilight stars graced the stage at this year's Academy Awards ceremony as presenters: Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, and Anna Kendrick.
Stewart and Lautner presented together on-stage, bringing forth a montage of famous horror films. Oddly enough the montage included a short scene between the two (in The Twilight Saga: New Moon, the motorcycle scene) that did not regularly fit the mold of a horror sequence (or film for that matter).
Kendrick, who was not given the Academy Award for "Best Supporting Actress" - it went to Mo'Nique for her work in Precious - then presented awards in the film sound category alongside Zac Efron.
The Runaways star Kristen Stewart stood out from the sea of nude and vibrantly colored dresses in a strapless midnight blue silk satin organza gown by Monique Lhuillier. The Twilight Saga actress finished the look with a diamond bracelet by H. Stern and Bally shoes. InStyle

Observations: Kristen Stewart’s musings from the Twilight zone
I won the Orange Rising Star Award at the Baftas last week. As I stood on stage at the Royal Opera House, I felt overwhelmed – in front of all these industry people, whom I don’t just admire, but who are the foundation of what I want to do. It’s hard to explain how it feels being in the same room as Kate Winslet. Perhaps it’s similar to how a Twilight fan feels on seeing me in person.
Some people say I’m anti-Hollywood, but I’m really not at all. I just think it’s pretty weird to show up at things that you have no reason to go to. To go out just for the sake of it is plain ridiculous.
I’ve been asked a million times in interviews about being a role model. I don’t really like to consider it. I’m aware that people look up to me, but I am myself for myself and not for anybody else. I choose my work impulsively.
I’ve been walking around London in a hoody these last few days looking at all the old buildings. It’s all fine until a diehard fan notices your sneakers. But I can always see a crowd and turn around and walk the other way.
In terms of history, we have nothing in LA. Here you can feel Jack the Ripper lurking around every corner. It’s nicer here because there’s a sense that I’m a real person. Perhaps I’m more of a novelty. In LA I tend to get people who gawk at me like I’m an animal, take pictures and scream things at me. There’s no way of being open in public anymore. There’s a five-minute exchange every 30 seconds that prevents me from even buying a loaf of bread at the grocery store.

New editor added for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse
A new editor, Entertainment Weekly announced, has been added to The Twilight Saga: Eclipse's staff list.
"Summit Entertainment, the studio behind the uber-successful Twilight series, confirmed this morning that it has replaced Eclipse editor Art Jones with Nancy Richardson, the editor of Catherine Hardwicke’s original Twilight film," EW reports.
Summit still said that the material put together by David Slade is "very good" and that there is no "blame" being placed upon Art Jones, EW continues, but that the film "needed a stronger edit."
Presumably, with the trailer coming sometime next week and the film due in just a few short months, there is some pressure to get the approved cut together here in the near future.
You might recall that in late January, David Slade notified his Twitter followers that the film was going through its early "director's cut" stage. Shortly thereafter, though, he used the same medium to state that he was going back to editing to add "more EDWARD" to the film.
So, basically, at this stage in the game, in order to bring about a finished product that fans will be pleased with, the decision has been made to bring in an old face to the staff. I'll reserve judgment on the issue here because I have no doubt that the motive is to make the best movie possible, but your thoughts are absolutely welcome in the comments below.

A Letter to all Kristen Stewart Haters...
Dear Kristen Stewart haters,
Seriously. You all think you're so clever because you talk badly about a girl just because she's socially awkward. It pisses me off. Xanga shouldn't have even featured such an entry.
You all have to shoot her down for no reason other than that she's a different person that who you think she should be. Don't you think that's just a little shallow? She isn't your"perfect Bella". She "ruined" Twilight for you. So what?
Newsflash, just a few months ago 98% of you didn't even know what Twilight was, and, just to remind you... the Twilight saga, isn't real. Those characters, yeah, they don't exist. Kristen Stewart, the person, not the 'actress who plays Bella', does exist however, and she is in fact a real person with real feelings.
I bet there isn't a single one of you that wouldn't be breaking down in tears right now if you were to stumble upon an entire blog entry, as well as thousands of random commentators from around the world, hating on you just because they think you're weird, calling you all sorts of names, pointing out your flaws, comparing you to a fictional character that no one can even live up to in the first place.
How would you feel, huh? Or if it has happened to you, remember how that felt. What sort of person are you to do that to someone else? Someone you don't even know.
This entry isn't even really about that Kristen Stewart entry anymore, but about people in general who are always looking to bring others down to make themselves feel better.
People like you... just need to stop. You know you're wrong. You just know it.
Sincerely,
Me. A person who tends to defend those who are seemingly hated by everyone (especially when I happen to like said person).
P.S: I realize that this entry might seem a tad dramatic (I admit, it is), but I think it needs to be said.
The bigger question seems to be, do we have the right to judge Kristen outside her role as an actress? That is, should the way a celebrity behaves outside their work influence how we see them in general?

Editor's Note: Hey guys, we got really mixed thoughts on the entry, "A Little Letter to... Kristen Stewart." We expected a counterpost within seconds, and luckily, we got one. We didn't mean to offend, and hope that this response gives the much needed other side.
